The Consultants
Louis Watterson is a Human Resources professional with 18 years experience in HR client management with Fortune 500, and international corporations. Demonstrated experience in process improvement, leading project teams, and working directly with senior management towards alignment of goals while utilizing standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency. Louis has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership.
Shirley Koger has more than 30 years of corporate management and consulting experience in the areas of Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action Compliance, Diversity, Training, and Talent Management. She is recognized as an expert in the areas of investigating Title VII complaints, ADA, performance management, conflict resolution and organizational development. She has played an integral role on strategic planning task forces responsible for the design, development and implementation of reengineered processes focused on organizational restructuring, workforce management and planning. Ms. Koger is a graduate of Hampton University and holds a BS degree in Sociology.
Dr. David Reaux has over 16 years of HR experience in areas of Training and Facilitation, Organization Development Strategies, Change Management, Coaching, Qualitative and Quantitative Data Analysis, Labor relations strategies, and Equal Employment Opportunity strategies. David has a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems, with a focus on employee/company relations.
